Mobile home in standard version is the most affordable variant of Kolodom, whose basic construction on wheels contains sufficient thermal insulation. The colostomy in this version has a lower light height, thinner partitions than in the Luxury version and plastic windows are used. Includes exterior and interior in OSB board design together with electrical and water pre-design. We created this version to make it affordable housing for everyone.
Mobile home in luxury version is adapted for even the most demanding clients. With kolodom design itself, it is possible to choose from wall cladding materials, interior doors and equipment, including custom built-in kitchen and bathroom. The advantage of this design is certainly a higher ceiling, which is as high as for classic family houses. The partitions are thicker than the Standard variant. Better ECO materials are used in the LUXURY Kolodome. E.g. thermal wood, plywood wall cladding, custom-made wooden windows.

To guarantee the delivery date of your Kolodom, we will sign the land inspection order. When you order, you will pay a fee for the inspection of the land (150 €), which will be deducted from the final price after signing the contract.
After paying the inspection fee, we will come to check the suitability of the land for the installation of Kolodom, also we will also cover the entire route along which we will be able to transport your Kolodom.
Choose a suitable layout from our offer, or have an interior design made to measure by our designers.
We will prepare a contract, that includes the exact specification of your Kolodom, part of the contract includes payment of a deposit of 50% of the price.
After payment of the deposit, we will prepare project documentation on the basis of which your mobile home Kolodom will be made, all documentation will be available, when downloading the finished house.
We will provide quality materials, when designing other than Holodom we will provide interior equipment and appliances, we will start to implement the agreed design of your Kolodom to your satisfaction.
If we produce your mobile home Kolodom, you will prepare the land yourself for the installation of the house. It is necessary to prepare in advance the engineering networks, the subfill for the fixed installation of the house, as well as adjust the terrain and driveway on the land.
The finished mobile home Kolodom will be brought to your prepared land and in a few hours we will put it in a specific place for you.
Immediately on the day of installation, you can connect the house to the networks and move into your dream Kolodom.
